Standard Duty Root Grapple
Our Standard Duty Root Grapple is built from 3/8 thick steel plate on the top and bottom. We alsoincorporate 3 square tubing. To prevent tears in the hydraulic lines. We put sleeves on the hoses and route them inside the tubing. These things add longevity to the CID standard duty root grapple.
The root grapple is one of the top selling attachments in the skid steer industry. Its unique style makes it a favorite for being able to handle all different types of material and debris. Thats why clean-up crews prefer it when cleaning up after major storms, hurricanes, and tornadoes.

Heavy DutyRoot Grapple
Our Heavy Duty Root Grapple are built from 1/2 thick steel plate on the top and bottom. We also incorporate 3 square tubing. The CID heavy duty root grapple recommended machine size is 4565 hp.Our heavy duty root grapples are our top selling root grapple because most people own the 4565 hp skid steer machines.
This heavy duty root grapple picture is shown with optional spacer tines and optional bolt on cylinder rod cover kit.
What makes this root grapple different is the thickness of the steel plate which is 1/2 top and bottom compared to ourStandard Duty RootGrapplewhich is 3/8 top and bottom. The tubing on both of these series are 3 square. While ourX-treme Root Grappleis made of 5/8 steel on top and 1/2 on bottom and incorporates 4 square tubing. This is to insure you get the right root grapple attachment for the right size skid steer machine.

X-tremeRoot Grapple
The X-treme Root Grapple is the grapple of choice for those who need an attachment that will hold up in severe applications. It can handle more material and is more rugged than our other grapples.
It is built from 5/8 thick steel plate on the top, 1/2 on bottom, and incorporates 4 square tubing. It also features enclosed hydraulic cylinders and shafts. It was built in mind for the big skid steer loaders and compact track loaders that are 65 hp and up.
The CID xtreme root grapple can handle pretty much anything you want to go up against. The rod and cylinder covers come standard on the x-treme root grapple and are diamond plated and gives it the look it so deserves, which is Tough. This root grapple can pick up heavy logs, and big amounts of debris material without hesitation. It is the one to have for big storm cleanups and natural disasters. You can rest assure that the CID X-treme Duty root grapple will last for many years to come.

Severe Root Grapple
The Severe Root Grapple is the grapple of choice for those with machines over 80 HP needing the strongest root grapple available. The Severe Root Grapple handles more material, weight, and power than our other grapples.
The Severe Root Grapple boats 5/8 continuous bottom tines, 3/4 top tines, and incorporates 4 square tubing in the frame. It also features enclosed hydraulic cylinders and shafts.
The CID Severe root grapple can handle pretty much anything you want to go up against. The rod and cylinder covers come standard on the Severe root grapple, with diamond plating giving it the look it so deserves, which is Tough. This root grapple can pick up heavy logs, and big amounts of debris material without hesitation. It is the one to have for big storm cleanups and natural disasters. You can rest assured that the CID Severe root grapple will last for many years to come.

Root Grapple Attachments Extra Protection
Our compact tractor / skid steer root grapple attachments are powder coated and all hoses come with protective sleeves to give the attachment the best protection. All CID attachments are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months.
